The Best of Dying Industry

April 6, 2012 | 0

More then 30 years ago, I had the fortune of meeting Dickron Bagdhdassarian, the owner of Pro Photo.  During that time he had been my friend, mentor, teacher and brother. Always consistent in his advice to me.  A master technician, a best friend and the best in the industry.  Pro Photo has been the hub for professional and novice photographers. Dickron, okay Dick, Sebouh and Dicks daughter Sally (the next generation) have created the epicenter for all things photographic. Years ago I asked Dick what I needed to do to become a photographer and he gave me 4 tips.  1. Find 5 photographers and ask them for their advice and ask if  I can assist them, 2. Learn the business of photography, 3. Purchase the best equipment available, 4. Get the best education that money can buy, then the biggest – HAVE FUN!!!!!!!
